
Lorraine Boon
Lorraine Boon, based in London, is FOFA’s Business Development Consultant for the United Kingdom and Europe. Before joining FOFA, she was Development Officer for Asia at King’s College London after relocating to the UK in 2018.
From 2015 to 2018, she played a key role at the National Gallery Singapore as Associate Director of Partnership Development, where she established the museum’s patron programme. Prior to that, she co-founded Art Alliance, an art design consultancy, and later consulted for The Artling, an online art gallery. Her transition into the arts followed a period in business development with Singapore Repertory Theatre and executive recruitment firm Garner International.
Boon began her career in finance, spending 17 years in cash equity sales and client relationship management. She held senior positions in the Far East equity sales divisions of Barclays de Zoete Wedd (now Barclays Capital), Smith New Court (now Bank of America Merrill Lynch), and Jardine Fleming (now JP Morgan), working across London, Hong Kong, Jakarta, and Singapore.
